Riley’s journey in osteopathy has deepened his understanding of how the body adapts and functions, both in moments of peak health and during times of strain.
He believes an osteopath’s role is to support the body’s natural capacity for self-regulation, maintenance, and healing.
Having spent over a decade living and working in Melbourne, Riley understands the unique physical stresses that city life can place on the body. He is committed to ongoing learning and has a strong interest in research and development within contemporary osteopathic practice.
Riley enjoys helping patient’s with their pain and restriction and getting them back doing what they love without hesitation. This involves the holistic combination of manual therapy, exercise & lifestyle advice and pain education. Riley aims to give you the tools you need to help with your pain journey, just as osteopathy has done for himself time and time again.
“A moving door hinge never corrodes. Flowing water never grows stagnant.” – Ming-Dao Deng
Outside the clinic, you’ll often find Riley running with his dog Marlo, exploring new recipes in the kitchen, trying his hand at the cryptic crossword or catching the occasional early morning Premier League match.
